Taxi service

So I actually tried to get into the Albany City Cabs van tonight out the front of the plaza and had to shut the door immediately. The filthy old driver was literally smoking with all windows up and soon as I tried to get in I had to shut the door. Not only is it illegal it's the most unprofessional taxi service I have ever had. Do not use these guys....TO THEIR REPLY....There must be another Albany City Cabs in Albany with the exact same name, what a coincidence? It was at night time when the plaza was shut and the bays were empty, so please don't use that as an excuse. Also, judging by all your other bad reviews and the way you respond, you do not conduct business in a professional manner and take the criticism and work to improve it, just the public's fault as far as your concerned.

We booked airport shuttle from airport amd the driver is very good and friendly.. service is excellent

Bad service for texi here in Derby you have wait for hours at times , it's a small remote town in the Kimberly and the texi metre is almost $10 at your pick up that's ridiculous and Rip off

Absolutely ridiculous I waited 45minutes called and they marked me as a no show whilst I was at my front door, so they sent again and all up waited 2hours and got marked as no show. If you get lost then call the CUSTOMER! Not hard not just mark as a no show!!!

Taxi service get there business through a booking company and the women who were staffed on Monday the 18th of July from 7:15pm onwards were absolutely terrible. No care for the safety of the community, very argumentative wouldn’t give names so that I could make a formal complaint. We need more caring transport staff. Put on hold for 20 minutes. Was told the taxi was on the way yet called back for an update and no vehicle had been assigned for pick up /:

Trying to book this taxi is like being pecked to death by a chicken. Booked online and left two messages. No response. Ridiculous.

Highly recommend BMW Chauffeured Services. James was a great guy, who provided a very professional service on our wedding day. James's car even has a stereo where you can adjust the volume in the air by turning your hand!

Had a really great driver. Had very witty anecdotes. Had a cool Akubra. Also drove us real good.
